The link at the bottom of this page will take you to Wings Over Willapa Festival registration site using PlanetReg registration software. You can register yourself and one other person. Major credit cards are accepted.

Review the following instructions before starting your registration.

• Review each activity for each day of the festival. We suggest you have a list of events that you (and one other if relevant) intend to select. PlanetReg shows only the basic information for each event, complete descriptions are found here: Friday events; Saturday events; Sunday events.
  
  
• Once registration is complete confirm your selections (for yourself and one other). Once your choices are confirmed you cannot change your schedule using the registration site. To make changes after confirmation contact us at at wingsoverwillapa@gmail.com. We will make the changes but urge you to be prepared when first registering.
  
  
• Due to limited capacity some events fill up during your registration process. To help avoid this we recommend registering and confirming promptly. The longer you wait the greater the chance an event fills up. If your first choice(s) fill up during the registration process, the following message will show when you try to complete registration: "Due to low inventory levels, there now is insufficient inventory to complete your request for the indicated items. Further action on the indicated fields is required before completing this request." If this happens, click the “Edit” button, and it will take you back to your registration to make another selection (go to the field that says Inventory Deficiency Here). IMPORTANT: If you exit or use the back arrow instead, you will need to start your registration from the beginning.
  
  
• You will be asked at the end of the registration process to agree to two waivers, one from the Friends of Willapa National Wildlife Refuge and one from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. PDF versions of these waivers can be found here (Friends) and here (U.S.F.W.S.).
  
  
• Cancellations made through September 13th will be refunded with a maximum $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations beginning September 14th will not be refunded. If weather or other conditions require us to cancel an activity or event, we will fully refund the fee for the event.
